Carline Guerrier

Carline Guerrier is the chief nursing officer at RUSH Specialty Hospital. Carline oversees the acute rehab hospital and well as the critical illness recovery hospital, driving strategic initiatives that enhance quality of care, patient safety and staff engagement.

Carline previously served as a unit director, interim director of rehab and interim associate vice president of patient care services at Rush University Medical Center. In her role as interim associate vice president of patient care services, she provided operational leadership over 12 diverse clinical areas including, medicine, oncology, psychiatry and the emergency department.

Carline holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Advanced Practice Degree, with a focus on Adult Gerontology from North Park University. Carline is board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center.
